You can now provide real-time feedback to customers about their processing or finished job orders, invoices and inventory balances. The customer portal access can be granted for customers through PIRO; they will be notified by email containing the portal access URL, their user name and password. Customers can browse in the job history or review the status of their jobs being processed. The customer inventory access can be granted on the PIRO customer profile as well. The job order information is read-only to the customer, they can only update their profile. These changes will be performed on your database. Click here to review the PIRO customer portal demo. Many of our customers are using QuickBooks for bookkeeping and accounting. While PIRO provides excellent tools for generating invoices and keeping track of payments and credits, keeping two systems online and updated can be a hustle. Not anymore. With the introduction of our QuickPIRO bridge, all inventory and customer-related data, including the invoices, are automatically entered in QuickBooks as well. So now, whenever there is a change to an inventory item, a customer, or an invoice, the changes will also show in QuickBooks. This allows you to use solely PIRO for all your production and invoicing needs, and keep QuickBooks just as a database for your accountant. This also means that there will be no more mistakes in the invoicing process –everything that was done on a job order will be added to the invoice – then you can edit the invoice whenever needed before submitting it to your customers.
